Come cancellare i tuoi dati

Stranieri Facile non ha account. Quasi tutto (nome, documenti, scadenze, appuntamenti, preferenze) è salvato solo sul tuo telefono.

1. Cancellare tutto dal telefono

Apri l'app e tocca Profilo.
Tocca «Esci E Cancella I Miei Dati» e conferma.

Così cancelli tutti i dati salvati nell'app sul telefono. Anche disinstallare l'app cancella questi dati.

2. Domande e risposte della Comunità

Le domande e le risposte che hai scritto nella Comunità sono pubbliche e salvate online (Google Firebase).

Puoi cancellarle dall'app, con il tasto sulla tua domanda o risposta.
Oppure scrivi a greenrealmedia@gmail.com indicando il soprannome usato e il testo: le cancelliamo entro 30 giorni.

Attenzione: se usi «Esci E Cancella I Miei Dati» prima di cancellare le tue domande, l'app non saprà più quali sono tue; in quel caso scrivici per email.

3. Newsletter

Tocca il link «Cancellami» in fondo a ogni email, oppure
nell'app: Profilo > Newsletter > Cancellami.

Il tuo indirizzo email viene tolto dalla lista e non riceverai più email.

4. Altre richieste

Per qualsiasi altra richiesta sui tuoi dati scrivi a greenrealmedia@gmail.com. Rispondiamo entro 30 giorni, gratis. Più dettagli nell'Informativa sulla privacy.

How to delete your data

Stranieri Facile has no accounts. Almost everything (name, documents, expiry dates, appointments, settings) is stored only on your phone.

1. Delete everything from your phone

Open the app and tap Profile.
Tap "Exit And Delete My Data" (in Italian: «Esci E Cancella I Miei Dati») and confirm.

This deletes all the data the app saved on your phone. Uninstalling the app also deletes this data.

2. Community questions and answers

The questions and answers you wrote in the Community are public and stored online (Google Firebase).

You can delete them in the app, with the button on your question or answer.
Or write to greenrealmedia@gmail.com with the nickname you used and the text: we delete them within 30 days.

Note: if you use "Exit And Delete My Data" before deleting your questions, the app will no longer know which ones are yours; in that case write to us by email.

3. Newsletter

Tap the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of every email, or
in the app: Profile > Newsletter > Unsubscribe.

Your email address is removed from the list and you will not receive any more emails.

4. Other requests

For any other request about your data write to greenrealmedia@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days, free of charge. More details in the Privacy Policy.
