Informativa sulla privacy

Ultimo aggiornamento: 29 ottobre 2026

In breve.

4. Permessi del telefono

Puoi negare o togliere ogni permesso nelle impostazioni del telefono. L'app continua a funzionare; solo quella funzione non sarà disponibile.

5. Perché trattiamo i dati (basi giuridiche, GDPR art. 6)

6. Cosa NON facciamo

11. I tuoi diritti

Scrivi a greenrealmedia@gmail.com: rispondiamo entro 30 giorni, gratis.

Come cancellare i dati:

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 October 2026

In short. Stranieri Facile is free, has no ads, does not ask you to create an account and does not sell your data. Almost everything (name, documents, appointments) stays only on your phone. Some optional features send data to outside services only when you use them: we explain them below.

1. Who is the data controller

The data controller is Stranieri Facile, the free app that publishes these guides.
Email for any privacy question or to exercise your rights: greenrealmedia@gmail.com.

2. Data that stays only on your phone

This data never reaches us. It is stored in the app on your device and is deleted when you use "Profile > Exit And Delete My Data" or uninstall the app.

3. Data that leaves your phone (only if you use the feature)

FeatureWhat dataWhere it goes and why
Nearby offices, My FoodYour location (GPS) or the city you typeSent to OpenStreetMap (Nominatim and Overpass services) only to find nearby places. We do not store it. You can turn location off in "Profile > Location" and type the city instead.
Voice searchYour voiceTurned into text by your phone's speech recognition (usually Google). We do not receive or store the audio.
Ask Stranieri Facile (assistant)The text of your questionGoes through our server (Cloudflare Workers) to Google Gemini API, which prepares the answer. We do not store questions. Do not write personal data (name, document number, address, health) in your questions.
Community QuestionsNickname, text of questions and answers, chosen city and topic; a random anonymous app codeThey are public: other users can see them. Stored on Google Firebase (Firestore database). To know which questions are yours (and let you delete them) the app uses Firebase anonymous sign-in: a random code, with no name, email or phone number. Use a nickname, not your real name, and do not write personal data.
Translation of Community questionsThe text to translateSent to Google Gemini API only to translate it.
Newsletter (optional)Your email address and your consentThe sign-up goes through our server (Cloudflare Workers) and is stored with Brevo (email service, France/EU) to send you at most 2 emails a week, only when there are new laws or important news. You are subscribed only after double confirmation (click in the email). You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email or in "Profile > Newsletter > Unsubscribe".
NewsNo personal dataThe app downloads a public news file of ours from our website on Cloudflare Pages (stranieri-facile.pages.dev). As with any internet connection, the server sees your IP address in order to reply, but we do not use it to identify you and we do not store it.
NotificationsNo dataNotifications are local: the app creates them on the phone (we do not use push notification services such as Firebase Cloud Messaging). Only used to tell you about news, appointments and expiry dates. You can turn them off in the Profile or in phone settings.

4. Phone permissions

You can refuse or remove any permission in your phone settings. The app keeps working; only that feature will not be available.

5. Why we process data (legal bases, GDPR Art. 6)

6. What we do NOT do

7. Who we share data with

Only with the providers we need to run the features described above:

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union (for example in the United States or the United Kingdom). In these cases the transfer is protected by European Commission adequacy decisions (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or by Standard Contractual Clauses.

We may disclose data to authorities only when required by law.

8. How long we keep data

9. Young people and minors

The app can also be used by young people. In Italy, people under 14 can consent to data processing only with a parent. So:

10. Security

All data that leaves the phone travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to Community and newsletter data is limited to the people who run the app.

11. Your rights

At any time you can ask us to: see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, receive it in a file (portability), object to processing, withdraw consent. Write to greenrealmedia@gmail.com: we reply within 30 days, free of charge.

How to delete data:

All the steps are also on the page How to delete your data.

If you think your data is being misused, you can complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali): www.garanteprivacy.it, or to the authority of your EU country.

12. Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top and, for important changes, we tell you in the app.
