1. Cosa offre l'app
Stranieri Facile spiega in modo semplice, in 28 lingue, le pratiche più comuni per chi vive in Italia: permesso di soggiorno, cittadinanza, NASpI, sanità, casa, lavoro, scuola e altro. Offre anche promemoria, ricerca di uffici e negozi vicini, un assistente automatico e uno spazio di domande della Comunità. L'app è gratuita, senza pubblicità e senza account obbligatorio.
2. Non è una consulenza legale
- Le leggi e le procedure cambiano spesso. Facciamo il possibile per tenere tutto aggiornato, ma l'app può contenere errori o informazioni non più valide.
- Le traduzioni possono non essere perfette. In caso di dubbio vale il testo italiano e, sopra tutto, il testo ufficiale.
- Prima di fare una pratica, controlla sempre le fonti ufficiali: Polizia di Stato, Ministero dell'Interno, Portale Immigrazione, INPS, Agenzia delle Entrate, Comune, Prefettura, Gazzetta Ufficiale. Nell'app trovi i collegamenti alle fonti quando disponibili.
- Stranieri Facile non è un sito o un'app del governo e non ha legami con la Pubblica Amministrazione.
3. L'assistente automatico
«Chiedi A Stranieri Facile» usa l'intelligenza artificiale (Google Gemini). Le risposte sono generate in automatico e possono essere sbagliate o incomplete. Usale come primo aiuto e verifica sempre con le fonti ufficiali. Non scrivere dati personali nelle domande.
4. Promemoria e «Ricorda Con Chiamata»
I promemoria e la «chiamata» sono sveglie locali del telefono. Possono non funzionare se il telefono è spento, scarico, in modalità risparmio energetico o se hai tolto i permessi. Non affidarti solo all'app per scadenze importanti: segnale anche altrove.
5. Mappe, uffici e cibo
I luoghi vengono da OpenStreetMap, una mappa fatta da volontari. Indirizzi, orari e informazioni (anche «halal») possono essere sbagliati o vecchi. Controlla sempre prima di andare.
6. Regole della Comunità
Le domande e le risposte della Comunità sono pubbliche. Scrivendo, ti impegni a:
- essere rispettoso: niente insulti, minacce, razzismo, odio religioso, sessismo, bullismo;
- non pubblicare dati personali tuoi o di altri (nome vero, telefono, indirizzo, numero di documento, foto di documenti);
- non pubblicare contenuti sessuali, violenti o non adatti ai ragazzi;
- non fare pubblicità, spam, raccolte di denaro o offerte di lavoro, casa o documenti a pagamento;
- non promettere o vendere «permessi facili», documenti falsi o scorciatoie illegali;
- non spacciarti per avvocato, funzionario o ente pubblico;
- non pubblicare contenuti illegali o che violano diritti d'autore.
Le risposte degli altri utenti sono loro opinioni, non verificate da noi. Puoi Segnalare un contenuto o Bloccare un utente. Possiamo togliere contenuti e bloccare chi non rispetta le regole, anche senza avviso. Possiamo collaborare con le autorità quando la legge lo chiede.
Sei responsabile di quello che scrivi. Pubblicando, ci dai il permesso gratuito di mostrare e tradurre i tuoi contenuti dentro l'app.
7. Ragazzi
L'app può essere usata anche da ragazzi. Chi ha meno di 14 anni deve chiedere a un genitore prima di scrivere nella Comunità o iscriversi alla newsletter.
8. Uso corretto
Non è permesso: copiare o rivendere i contenuti dell'app in modo massivo, usare robot per leggerla o caricarla, cercare di forzarne la sicurezza o usarla per scopi illegali.
9. Contenuti e marchio
Testi, traduzioni, icone, logo e nome «Stranieri Facile» appartengono a Stranieri Facile o ai rispettivi proprietari (es. dati © OpenStreetMap contributors, foto con le loro licenze). Puoi condividere un singolo contenuto citando l'app.
10. Responsabilità
L'app è offerta gratuitamente «così com'è». Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, non siamo responsabili per danni derivanti da informazioni sbagliate o non aggiornate, da scadenze perse, da contenuti scritti da altri utenti o da interruzioni del servizio. Restano salvi i diritti che la legge ti riconosce come consumatore e la responsabilità per dolo o colpa grave.

12. Modifiche e legge applicabile
Possiamo modificare queste condizioni; la data in alto mostra l'ultima versione e per i cambi importanti ti avvisiamo nell'app. Si applica la legge italiana, senza togliere le tutele più favorevoli del paese UE in cui vivi come consumatore.

These terms apply to the Stranieri Facile app, offered free of charge by Stranieri Facile (email greenrealmedia@gmail.com). By using the app you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
1. What the app offers
Stranieri Facile explains in simple words, in 28 languages, the most common procedures for people living in Italy: residence permit, citizenship, NASpI, healthcare, housing, work, school and more. It also offers reminders, a search for nearby offices and shops, an automatic assistant and a Community questions area. The app is free, with no ads and no required account.
2. Not legal advice
- Laws and procedures change often. We do our best to keep everything up to date, but the app may contain mistakes or outdated information.
- Translations may not be perfect. If in doubt, the Italian text applies and, above all, the official text.
- Before starting any procedure, always check official sources: Polizia di Stato, Ministry of the Interior, Portale Immigrazione, INPS, Agenzia delle Entrate, your Comune, Prefettura, Gazzetta Ufficiale. The app links to sources when available.
- Stranieri Facile is not a government app or website and is not affiliated with any public administration.
3. The automatic assistant
"Ask Stranieri Facile" uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini). Answers are generated automatically and may be wrong or incomplete. Use them as a first help and always check official sources. Do not write personal data in your questions.
4. Reminders and "Reminder Call"
Reminders and the "call" are local phone alarms. They may not work if the phone is off, out of battery, in battery-saving mode or if you removed permissions. Do not rely only on the app for important deadlines: write them down elsewhere too.
5. Maps, offices and food
Places come from OpenStreetMap, a map made by volunteers. Addresses, opening hours and information (including "halal") may be wrong or outdated. Always check before going.
6. Community rules
Community questions and answers are public. By writing, you agree to:
- be respectful: no insults, threats, racism, religious hatred, sexism, bullying;
- not post personal data about yourself or others (real name, phone, address, document number, photos of documents);
- not post sexual, violent or content unsuitable for young people;
- not post ads, spam, fundraising, or paid offers of jobs, housing or documents;
- not promise or sell "easy permits", fake documents or illegal shortcuts;
- not pretend to be a lawyer, an official or a public body;
- not post illegal content or content that infringes copyright.
Answers from other users are their opinions and are not checked by us. You can Report content or Block a user. We may remove content and block anyone who breaks the rules, even without notice. We may cooperate with authorities when the law requires it.
You are responsible for what you write. By posting, you give us free permission to show and translate your content inside the app.
7. Young people
The app can also be used by young people. Anyone under 14 must ask a parent before writing in the Community or subscribing to the newsletter.
8. Fair use
It is not allowed to: copy or resell the app's content in bulk, use bots to scrape or overload it, try to break its security or use it for illegal purposes.
9. Content and brand
Texts, translations, icons, logo and the name "Stranieri Facile" belong to Stranieri Facile or to their respective owners (e.g. data © OpenStreetMap contributors, photos under their licences). You may share a single piece of content by mentioning the app.
10. Liability
The app is offered free of charge "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by wrong or outdated information, missed deadlines, content written by other users or service interruptions. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights or liability for intent or gross negligence.
11. Privacy
How we handle data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes and governing law
We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version and we will tell you in the app about important changes. Italian law applies, without removing more favourable protections of the EU country where you live as a consumer.
